We had a 6:00pm time slot to check out the lights tonight. Prior to that we had a tour across the street for the lots under development off Airlie. The Christmas Lights at Airlie did not disappoint this year!
Veterans Park with Spencer
We went out to look the other morning at 222 Heathcliff Rd which is a 8+ acre property in an A+ location. Near there and one area of Wilmington that is often not discussed is Veterans Park – a 200+
And we are off today…
We have to go an look at six homes. It is a shame that we can’t stay in our wagon the whole time!!
Lumina Ave at Michelle’s Listing
We made it for about 25 minutes at Michelle’s listing this AM. It is a beautiful home with both Unit A and Unit B available for purchase. As expected, Spencer saw the beach across the street so we went there

We got a very early start to check out Jessica’s listing today!! We started off near Jonnie Mercer’s Pier and ended up touring this listing one street over on Sea Gull.

Spencer’s Downtown Office
He was not very sure if he would like the office downtown when he first saw the inside! Everything worked out great and now he is very happy with the way the office is coming together!
